Tasting notes

Cheeky (twin) sister of the Volaina; lovely fresh and naturally white green. Tingling fresh nose full of blossoms and small white berries, with a touch of earthiness. Juicy flavour onset with crunchy acids yet a balanced texture with strongly controlled alcohol. Fruity fresh finish. Nice drink, but with allure! Suggests the aperitif, but just as well with raw marinated white fish or seafood, like scallops with a lime vinaigrette. Top with fresh (goat) cheese with radishes or colourful cherry tomatoes. Serving temperature: 8°C
