Tasting notes
Graceful full-bodied white wine of great class. Brilliant light golden with strong sparkling tears. Exuberant, extremely complex nose delicately interwoven with blossoms, fruits and spices. Pronounced authentic taste with a lot of minerality and sophisticated character with remarkable acidity. Very long complex finish. Heavenly delicious wine with pan-fried white fish and grilled shellfish with lemon butter, briefly seared white vegetables in butter sauce and with creamy cheeses. Best decant in advance. Serving temperature: 12°C
