Tasting notes
Graceful full-bodied white wine of great class. Brilliant golden yellow with straw yellow tears. Exuberant nose with freshness of mint, Mediterranean blossoms, stone fruit, vanilla and white pepper. Distinctive flavour with great finesse and elegant texture. Very long lush finish. Goes very well with fried seafood and shellfish, grilled white vegetables and mature semi-hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C
