Tasting notes
Distinguished full-bodied white wine. Brilliant light golden with brilliant tears. Refined aroma, typically Mediterranean with spicy blossoms, white fruits and ditto pepper. Sublime flavour composition, in complete harmony with crisp acidity and spicy bitter touch in the extremely long finish. Superb companion of fried seafood with oriental garnish, pasta in creamy sauce with Mediterranean herbs, braised white vegetables in butter sauce and creamy cheeses. Best decant in advance. Serving temperature: 12°C
