Remarkable fortified dry white wine. Deep golden yellow with big tears. Nose of almonds and extremely ripe apricot with dried floral accents and vanilla. Pronounced distinctive medium dry flavour with crisp acidity and pleasant bitterness in the rich aftertaste. Ideal partner for hot days to make the Portonic cocktail with 1/3 port and 2/3 tonic and lemon peel and ice. Also delicious with tapas such as of roasted and salted almonds, grilled sprat, noble salamis, marinated artichoke and green olives. Serving temperature: 12°C.
