Complex fruity fortified red wine. Intense deep cherry red with big tears. Compact fruity nose with blackcurrant, oriental spice, vanilla and minerality. Powerful rich sweet taste with juicy acidity, firm tannins and perfectly integrated alcohol. Lush, rich, fruity and spicy aftertaste. Excellent with glazed red meats and domestic duck. Goes also well with blue vein cheese, fruits vegetables on the barbecue, clafoutis with cherry and cérises Jubilees. Serving temperature: 15°C.
