Super slim white wine with character, depth and class. Tingling brilliant white-yellow colour. Great nose of crisp minerals and juicy green fruits such as rhubarb and gooseberry. Mild exotic citrus hint. Gossamer flavour. Fruity, mineral with super juicy texture and a long fruity finish. Delicious with shellfish (raw, marinated or cooked). Heavenly with mixed salads and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C
At Quinta Couselo our main task is to preserve and keep alive the heritage received from our ancestors. We are lucky enough to work on one of the most historic farms in all of Galicia and we believe in one of the most beautiful. We have documented the first harvest in the year 1864, but the winemaking tradition comes from much earlier when the property belonged to the Cistercian monastery of OIA.
Our area, the Rosal, is located in the southwest of GALICIA, in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula (just above Portugal). This area has one of the most benign climates for the cultivation of vines on the peninsula. The wisdom of our elders has shown us that the varieties best adapted to this climate, influenced mainly by the Atlantic, are the native white varieties: Albariño, Caiño blanco and Loureiro.

Nuestra zona, el Rosal, se encuentra en el suroeste de GALICIA, en el noroeste de la península Ibérica (justo encima de Portugal).
