Tasting notes

Playful fruity dry natural rosé. Fashionable light salmon pink colour with sparkling fresh tears. Fairly complex nose with small berries, such as pink juniper and wild strawberry, a bit earthy too. Refreshingly dry taste with fine acidity and playful fruitiness, very pure as well as refined. A playful aftertaste that leaves the tongue dancing. Really nice glass of rosé, thirst-quenching on hot days, preferably with some spicy bites, oriental-seasoned salads or sweet and sour seafood or poultry. Serving temperature: 10°C
