Tasting notes

White wine of the fuller type. Brilliant straw yellow color. Nose of citrus fruit. Balanced soft taste with sufficient acidity and a subdued alcohol. Delicious with fish terrines and fried crustaceans. Also with poultry in waterzooi with fresh herbs, gratinated vegetables. Serving temperature: 12°C.
