Super fresh almost crispy white wine with a hint of sweetness in the brilliant straw sparkle with medium thick tears. Complex mineral nose with crisp and luscious exotic fruit at the same time. Touch of nutmeg and white roses. Juicy voluptuous taste with very juicy acidity and a lush ripe fruity aftertaste. Perfect combination with rich white fish and seafood, white meat with creamy sauces, exotic salads and even foie gras terrine or creamy cheeses with a washed crust. Drinking temperature, after decanting: 8°C.
