Tasting notes

Biodynamic crisp white wine. Brilliant straw yellow with delicate green yellow tears. Contained complexity in the nose which opens with many primary aromas from the vineyard, backed with a hint of oak. Gossamer sublime flavour with ripe acidity and a widely varied texture. Very long finish that points back to the vineyard. Goes well with fried and grilled fish, grilled vegetables, stews of white poultry and white meat, fresh to semi-mature hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C
