Tasting notes

Extremely lush intensely spicy red wine. Intense deep cherry colour with big tears. Grilled nose with blackberries and Mediterranean spices, earthy undertones with tar and flint. Bold palate with firm tannins and smooth texture. Juicy with a long roasted aftertaste. Perfect match with glazed Chinese duck, grilled ground game, oven roasted beef or lamb and stuffed red peppers and tomato confit. Serving temperature: 17°C
