Tasting notes

Very clean fresh dry white wine. Crystal clear almost white-yellow color with fine tears. Crispy fresh nose with green apple & green exotic fruit, also dried grass in the evolution with clear mineral undertones. Delicious thirst-quencher with juicy acids embedded in the super-elegant texture, with a long finish and a retro of freshly picked conference pear and flint. Delicious as an aperitif and with raw marinated river fish, langoustines and oysters, a juicy salad of fruit vegetables and fresh cheese with chives and spring onions. Serving temperature: 10°C.
