Pure, aromatic, dry white wine. White-yellow with fine tears with a green hue. A great nose of exotic blossoms, grapes, white roses and lychee. Sensual flavor attack, feather light & refreshing with a fine acidity; fruit is at the forefront of the playful aftertaste. This wine is perfect as an aperitif with veggie snacks especially, and also oriental salads and chicken preparations; also truly tasty with washed rind cheeses. Serve at 8°C
