Biodynamic crisp white wine. Light straw yellow with fine tears. Dusty fresh nose of white fruits and apple blossoms, fresh herbs and mineral hints. Smooth palate with fine acidity and a pointed, vivid texture. Fruity finish. Excellent with fried and grilled fish, grilled vegetables, stews of white poultry and white meat, fresh to semi-mature hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C.
