Elegant fruity red wine. Medium intense garnet colour with pale tears. Fine nose of small red berries, twigs, brioche toast and fresh mushrooms. Refined tannins and ripe acidity. Light vegetal hint that refreshes. Contained alcohol and a long elegant aftertaste of small red fruits with a hint of orange peel and white pepper. Excellent companion of simply prepared fine pink meat, spicy tomato salad with mozzarella, mushrooms toast and perfect for those who prefer red wine with fish. Serving temperature: 15°C.
